1. Surface material: Surface material is the carrier of label content, and the back of surface material is coated with adhesive. Surface materials can be used in many ways, generally divided into copper plate paper, transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), electrostatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), laser paper, heat-resistant paper, polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, silver-plated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper, beautified paper, pearlescent paper, sandwich copper. Plate paper, heat sensitive paper.
2. Coating material：Transparent polyester (PET), translucent polyester (PET), transparent oriented drawing polypropylene (OPP), translucent oriented drawing polypropylene (OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), lustrous white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), matt white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), synthetic paper, lustrous gold (silver) polyester and Matt gold (silver) polyester.
3. Adhesives: general super-viscous, general strong-viscous, refrigerated food strong-viscous, general re-uncovering, fiber re-uncovering. On the one hand, it guarantees the proper adhesion between the base paper and the surface paper, on the other hand, it guarantees that after the surface paper is peeled off, it can also have a strong adhesion with the adhesive.
4.Substrate material: Removal paper is commonly known as "base paper". Its surface is non-sticky with low surface energy. Substrate paper has isolation effect on adhesives, so it can be used as an attachment of surface paper to ensure that it can be easily peeled off from the base paper. Commonly used are white, blue, yellow glassine paper or onion, kraft paper, polyester (PET), copperplate paper, polyethylene (PE).
